Lemon Snow Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor pudding and pie filling
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand lemon flavor gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. water
2 eggs, separated

Preparation

Combine pudding mix, gelatin, 1/2 cup of the sugar and 1/4 cup of the water in medium saucepan.
(I use the microwave.)
Blend in egg yolks and remaining water.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
