Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice.
    Place in large casserole dish.
    Mix soup with 1 can of milk. Add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over potatoes.
    Cover with foil or lid. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 8.
