Creamy Vegetable Ham Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. cubed ham
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) bag mixed vegetables
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Add broth, milk and Velveeta.
Stir until melted.
Stir in vegetables, ham, salt and pepper.
Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Serve with garlic bread.
