Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

24 oz. chocolate, shaved
20 oz. heavy cream
3 oz. butter

Preparation

Combine the chocolate and heavy cream.
Stir constantly over low heat until the chocolate melts.
Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat; stir in the butter.
The sauce is now ready to be used.
