Cajun Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 quart of buttermilk
    1 small bottle of hot sauce (any brand)
    2 cups flour
    2 cups vegetable oil
    salt
    pepper
    cajun seasoning
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and place in a large Tupperware container. Cover with buttermilk.
    Add hot sauce.
    Stir to blend with chicken.
    Marinate in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
    Just before frying, combine flour with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning in a large plastic bag.
