Ingredients
    pork chops
    potatoes
    tomatoes
    onions
    carrots
Preparation
    Flour and brown pork chops, quickly.
    Lay pork chops in casserole.
    Place
    following
    on
    top:
    Slice tomatoes, onion, carrots.
    Then
    slice
    potatoes to fill casserole.
    Add 1-inch water, salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and serve.
    Pork chops so tender, cut with a fork.
