Squash Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small yellow squash
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cut
    squash
    in
    slices.
    Cook\tin
    water until tender. Drain and
    mash
    with potato masher.
    Stir in 3 rounded tablespoonfuls flour
    and\t1/2 stick margarine.
    Add sugar and eggs and beat well, then add evaporated milk, vanilla and coconut. Mix well. Place in greased 8 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch casserole.
    May sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
