Hawaiian Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
    3 1/3 c. pineapple juice
    1 (No. 10) can chunk pineapple
    1 1/3 cubes margarine
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 lb. celery, chopped
    1 1/3 c. green peppers, chopped
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    salt to taste
    Accent to taste
    1/3 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown meat in margarine.
    Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender.
    Add vinegar, pineapple juice, celery and bell pepper. Simmer until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, stir constantly until mixture thickens.
    Serves 50 family style or 60 to 65 plates.
