Italian Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained
    3/4 c. Wish Bone Olive Oil Classics Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Marinate at least three hours in refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
    Makes about 4 cups.
