Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pkg. herb stuffing mix, crushed
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. real meaty chicken pieces (breast, thigh or drum)
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    In a shallow dish, combine stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder; set aside.
    Skin chicken; rinse and pat dry.
    Brush chicken with margarine; coat with stuffing mixture. In greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch or 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, arrange pieces so they don't touch.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender and no longer pink.
    Do not turn pieces while baking.
    Makes 6 servings.
