Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chuck
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
    1 pt. sour cream
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut chuck in strips 1/2-inch thick.
    Dredge with flour mixed with salt and brown in margarine in heavy skillet.
    Add 2 cups water and remaining ingredients except last 3.
    Bring to boil, cover and simmer 1/12 hours or until meat is tender.
    Stir in mushrooms and sour cream and heat gently.
    Serve with hot cooked noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
