Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, broken
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    mushrooms
    green peppers
    4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Spread bread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and Cheddar cheese.
    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over other mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This can be made the night before and stored in refrigerator.
