Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan, skin side up.
    Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over the chicken.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
    Serves 6.
    Good served over rice.
