Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. diced fresh apples, cut fine
1 c. nuts, chopped
3/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and vanilla; add eggs one at a time. Sift together the
flour,

to sugar mixture. Fold in apples, nuts and coconut.\tPour into greased and
floured tube
pan\tand bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
