Bourbon Street Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 large bay leaf
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 cans chicken with rice soup
    2 cans potato soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 soup cans milk
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra, cut
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    In large heavy pan, cook shrimp with onion, garlic and bay leaf in oleo until just tender.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
