Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Blondies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
    1 stick butter, melted and cooled
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg and 2 egg yolks
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix flour, cake flour, baking powder and salt.
    Toss brown sugar, sugar, egg, egg yolks and vanilla in a bowl.
    Pour over dry ingredients and add chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts, if desired. Bake 25 to 29 minutes.
