Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
nutmeg (to sprinkle on pie shell)
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add lemon extract.
Add hot milk last.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until custard is set.
