Tasty Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Stir lightly all ingredients; bring to a rolling boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover with a tight fitting lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Remove cover; fluff with fork.
