Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
3/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In large mixing bowl, add sugar, flour and eggs. Stir; add remaining ingredients except raisins. Stir well. Add raisins and pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
