Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk or strong coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. quick cooking oats
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugars, egg, milk and vanilla with electric. Whisk together flour, cocoa, powder and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool on a wire rack.
