Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) roasting chicken
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    12 dried apricots, chopped
    6 prunes, chopped
    1 large apple, diced
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Wash and prepare chicken for roasting.
    Saute the chopped onions in the butter for 5 minutes.
    Add the dried fruit and saute for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add seasoning and let cool for a few minutes.
