Fresh Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 to 2 1/2 c. blueberries
    2 tsp. sugar (for top)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs until blended. Add dry ingredients and milk (alternating). Stir in berries and put in well-greased or lined muffin pan. Fill fairly full. Sprinkle sugar on top of each muffin. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 12 to 15 muffins.
