Fluff Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs separated
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large
    bowl combine flour, sugar, egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff peak forms. Fold into batter. Bake in a preheated waffle iron. If you want pecan waffles sprinkle chopped pecans over batter in waffle iron. Serve hot with butter and hot syrup.
