Microwave One-Step Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 qt. Ragu spaghetti sauce or other brand
1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. uncooked lasagna
1 lb. cottage cheese
8 oz. or more Mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add sauce and mix well.
Spoon 1/3 of mixture into glass or Pyrex baking dish.
Layer uncooked lasagna, cottage cheese and grated or thinly sliced Mozzarella.
Repeat layers. Pour the water over all.
Cover loosely with plastic or waxed paper.
Microwave on High for 15 minutes (turn once).
Microwave on Medium for 20 to 25 minutes more (turn once or twice).
Before the last 1 or 2 minutes, remove covering and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Leave cover off and bake.
