Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crab meat
2 cans drained shrimp
2 c. cooked rice
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can mushrooms, drained
mayonnaise
celery, salt and pepper to taste
potato chips
Preparation

Combine the rice with shrimp and crab meat.
Add pepper and mushrooms.
Add enough mayonnaise to hold casserole together.
Add salt, pepper and celery.
Top with crumbled potato chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
