Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large hen
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 onions
1 qt. water
Tony Chachere seasoning
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving pieces.
Brown in hot cooking oil. Remove chicken from pot and add flour.
Stir until roux is light brown.
Add onions and cook until wilted.
Add chicken and 1 quart of water.
Cook until chicken is tender.
Season with Tony Chachere seasoning.
