Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and lay next to the handle of wooden spoon. Slice 1/4-inch through potatoes, but not quite all the way.
(The spoon helps to prevent this.)
Put in baking dish and fan slices slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oleo.
Add herbs. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheeses on top.
Return to oven 10 to 15 minutes more.
