Herbed Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breast, skinned and boned
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Cut chicken breast into pieces 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide.
    Combine next 6 ingredients in a paper bag.
    Coat chicken with mixture a few pieces at a time by shaking bag.
    Place chicken in a baking dish and press any remaining seasoning into chicken.
    Sprinkle chicken with oil and melted butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour wine over chicken and cover with foil.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Raise heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes.
