Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, diced
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 c. rice
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Partially fry bacon in pressure pan.
    Add green pepper and onion; cook until onion is golden and bacon is crisp.
    Add rice, tomatoes, water, salt and pepper.
    Cook at 10 pounds pressure for 10 minutes.
    Allow the pressure to go down normally.
    Makes 4 servings.
