Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 small cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. twister noodles
1 large container sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
Drain grease off of ground beef mixture.
Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Let simmer 30 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer ground beef mixture, sour cream and noodles.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
