3 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 c. water
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
Gently smooth into ball on floured surface.
Knead 20 times.
Pat dough on bottom and up sides with floured hands.
Brown sausage, onion, salt and garlic; drain.
Mix tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; spread evenly over dough.
Spoon sausage mixture over sauce.
Top with mushrooms, green pepper and cheese.
Bake until crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
