Sweet Corn - cooking recipe

sweet corn
lemon juice
sugar
salt
Preparation

To keep your corn
nice
and
yellow,
add
2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon
sugar
and 1 teaspoon salt to each quart jar of corn.
Fill with water and cold pack 3 hours.
If pressure canner is used, your corn is apt to turn dark.
