Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. buttery cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine juice, flour, sugar, pineapple and cheese.
Mix well and put in a 1-quart greased casserole dish.
Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crumbs are slightly browned.
Serves 6 to 8.
