Canned Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pepper strips (half green and half hot)
    salt
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Fry pepper strips in hot oil.
    Salt to taste.
    When they begin to shrink, pack them into jars about 2/3 full.
    Finish filling with tomato sauce and cold pack about 20 minutes.
    Homemade tomato sauce is better.
