Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Cook beef, salt, pepper, celery, onion and green pepper until tender and brown.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
