Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 large egg
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Stir in bread crumbs and egg.
    Mix well.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in greased quart baking dish.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
