Coconut Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. water
    10 large marshmallows
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, water, cream of tartar and marshmallows in pan and boil 3 minutes.
    Cover and beat egg whites.
    Add to mix and beat 5 minutes.
