Bubbling Butter Sauce (For Fish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 drops Tabasco
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt the butter and add all the ingredients.
Heat until bubbly.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
This is a tasty sauce to brush on fish when broiling or cooking on the barbecue.
