Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury All-Ready pizza crust
1/2 to 1 yellow pepper
1/2 to 1 red pepper
1 whole chicken breast
1/2 c. mild taco sauce
1 to 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Place pizza crust on pizza pan and partially bake (6 minutes) until lightly browned.
Remove from oven.
Heat olive oil in skillet and saute chicken breast, which has been cut into bite-size pieces, until browned.
Chop peppers.
Add peppers and seasonings to chicken and stir-fry until crisp-tender (2 minutes). Sprinkle chicken mixture on pizza crust and top with taco sauce and shredded cheese.
Return to oven and bake until cheese is slightly melted.
Cut in wedges and serve.
