Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs or corn flakes
    oil
Preparation
    Dip cheese in egg.
    Coat with crumbs.
    Fry in deep hot oil at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
