Lemon Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bottle catsup (about 2 c.)
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 medium lemons, thinly sliced and seeds removed
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients to boiling in 3-quart pan.
    Reduce heat; simmer uncovered.
    Stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot over your favorite cooked meats or baste whatever you like to grill.
    Can be used on all meats and seafood.
    Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
    For longer storage, remove lemon slices and store in fridge up to 1 month.
    Makes 6 cups.
