Speedy Summer Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. tomato juice
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender.
May need to do in several batches.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a large bowl or pitcher. Chill.
Serve with additional garnish, chopped cukes, chopped green onion and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
