Roasted Potatoes Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 small red-skinned potatoes, scrubbed (1 1/2 to 2-inch diameter)
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion or chives
    paprika
Preparation
    Pierce potatoes several times with fork.
    Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until tender (about 1 hour).
    If desired, you may cover and refrigerate for next day serving.
