Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook macaroni as package label directs and drain.
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer mixture 1 minute. Remove from heat.
