Whipped Fruit Passion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sliced maraschino cherries
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, soften
    1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large bowl, pour water over gelatin; mix well and chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened. In a separate bowl, whip cream until fluffy. Fold in cream cheese and mix until well blended. Remove gelatin from refrigerator and add pecans, cherries and pineapple; mix well. Fold in whipped cream mixture. Pour into large serving dish and chill.
