Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) ready whip topping
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O (dry; may be sugar-free)
2 (6 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Fold in half of fruit.
Decorate with other half of fruit.
Ready to serve in 5 minutes or immediately.
Serves 10.
