Herbed Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Aunt Jemima or Quaker corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh or frozen cod, halibut or sole, thawed
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine corn meal and seasonings.
Dip fish in combined egg and milk.
Coat with corn meal mixture. Place in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Drizzle with margarine. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
