Blender Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 large carrot
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 medium green pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut vegetables in 1-inch pieces.
    Fill blender container half full.
    Add water to within 1-inch of top.
    Cover and whirl 2 seconds (no longer).
    Drain vegetables well in colander; place in bowl.
    Repeat process, reusing water until all vegetables are blended.
