Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 3 Tbsp. juice)
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. butter flavored crackers (like Ritz), crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except crackers.
    Place in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Good with ham dishes.
