Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can creamed corn (No. 303)
1 can Mexicorn
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. cornmeal or 1/2 pkg. cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine until tender and lightly brown.
Cool completely.
Beat eggs well.
Add milk, cans of corn, cornmeal, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Add onions and cheese (reserve some cheese to sprinkle over the top of the casserole).
Pour mixture into 3-quart casserole.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until lightly browned.
